ALM “WIN A COOPERS
BREWERY EXPERIENCE” TRADE PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to ALM on-premise customers nationally (excluding South Australia) that purchase Coopers Australian Lager via the ALM Connect portal during the Promotional Period (defined below) (each an “Eligible Business”)

3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

4. Entries into the promotion open at 9:00am AEST on 01/08/2025 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 31/10/2025 (“Promotional Period”).

5. To receive automatic entry into the promotion, Eligible Businesses must purchase a minimum of one (1) 24-pack carton or one (1) 50-litre keg of Coopers Australian Lager during the Promotional Period (each an “Eligible Product”).

6. Eligible Businesses will be awarded one (1) automatic entry into the draw for each Eligible Product purchased during the Promotional Period. For clarity, if an Eligible Business purchases six (6) cartons and two (2) kegs of Coopers Australian Lager during the Promotional Period, the Eligible Business will receive eight (8) automatic entries into the draw.

7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and businesses (including an the identity, age and place of residence of any authorised representative of the business as well as their order history) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual and/or business who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

8. The draw will take place at Coopers Brewery Pty Ltd, 2/11 Sabre Drive, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 on 11/11/2025 at 10:00am AEDT. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible business is drawn. The winning Eligible Business will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw and the name of the winning Eligible Business (and postcode) will be published online at coopers.com.au on 14/11/2025.

9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The prize will be awarded to the owner/manager of the respective winning Eligible Business who may, in their absolute discretion, allocate the prize to any employee of that business who is aged 18 years or older (“Prize Recipient”). The owner must notify the Promoter of that transfer (in writing) by 01/02/2026 and must not issue the prize without the Promoter’s approval. Approval of the transfer is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and the Promoter is not liable for any errors in the transfer of a prize to any employee.

11. The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for two (2) adults to the Coopers Brewery in Regency Park SA valued at up to $2,910 depending on date and point of departure (“Major Prize”). The Major Prize includes:
• Two (2) x return economy airfares from Prize Recipient’s nearest Australian capital city to Adelaide, SA (only provided if Prize Recipient resides outside of SA) valued at up to $1,600. If the Prize Recipient is from SA, then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash;
• Return transfers to and from Adelaide airport to the accommodation valued at up to $30;
• One (1) x night twin share 4-star accommodation in Adelaide valued at up to $700;
• A brewery tour at Coopers Brewery valued at up to $180 and lunch up to the value of $200;
• Return transfers from accommodation to Coopers Brewery valued at up to $200; and
• One (1) x voucher to be spent at The Original Coopers Alehouse, Pulteney St, Adelaide, valued at up to $200.

12. Additional spending money, meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. The Major Prize must be taken by 31/12/2026 and is subject to booking and flight availability. The Major Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods.

13. The Prize Recipient and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Major Prize. The Major Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The Prize Recipient may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.

14. The Coopers Brewery tour prize component of the Major Prize is subject to the venue and entry terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and tour organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and/or their companions) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the Major Prize.

15. If for any reason a winning Eligible Business or the Prize Recipient does not take the Major Prize (or an element of the Major Prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Major Prize (or that element of the Major Prize) will be forfeited and will be subject to an unclaimed prize draw.

16. If the Major Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Major Prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

17. The Major Prize, or any unused portion of the Major Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

18. A draw for the Major Prize if unclaimed will take place on 11/02/2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any direction from a regulatory authority. The winning Eligible Business, if one is required, will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and the name of the winning Eligible Business (and their postcode) will be published online at coopers.com.au on 13/02/2026.

19. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify the Major Prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

20. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at www.nhmrc.gov.au.

21. Total prize pool value is up $2,910.

22. The Prize Recipient consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

23. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Eligible Business; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

24. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Eligible Business’ responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.

25. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

26. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the Coopers Brewery tour is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by the Prize Recipient or Eligible Business; or (g) use of the Major Prize.

27. The Promoter collects personal information regarding each Eligible Business and authorised representative ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://coopers.com.au/privacy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Business. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how authorised representatives on behalf of an Eligible Business may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how authorised representatives on behalf of an Eligible Business may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
