1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Termsand Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, ParticipatingRetailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-factospouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent,step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew,brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

4. Entries into the promotion open at 9:00am AEDTon 13/01/2025 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 02/02/2025 (“Promotional Period”).

5. A “Participating Retailer” is any retailer nationally that stocks the EligibleProduct (defined below) and advertises the promotion during the PromotionalPeriod.

6. To be eligible toenter, individuals must purchase, any case of 24 units from the Coopers Beerrange (including Coopers Mild Ale, Sparkling Ale, Pale Ale, Australian Lager, XPA,Dark Ale, Best Extra Stout, Pacific Pale Ale, Dry, Dry 3.5 or Premium Light) (“EligibleProduct”) from a Participating Retailer and obtain a purchase receipt duringthe Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). If a purchase receiptis not handed to an individual, it is their responsibility to request one froma member of staff.

7. To enter, individualsmust then visit www.coopers.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requesteddetails, upload their purchase receipt andsubmit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.

8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entrypermitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the number of Eligible Productspurchased in excess of one (1); and (b) each entry must be submitted separatelyand in accordance with entry requirements.

9. Only one (1)prize is permitted per person (excluding SA residents), and only one (1) minorprize permitted per person (for all residents including SA residents).

10. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entriesas proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entrieswhen requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result ininvalidation of ALL of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to aprize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but priorto entry.

11. The Promoter, reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity ofentries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place ofresidence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify anyindividual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of theseTerms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated tojeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors andomissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoterto enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of thoserights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensationfrom such an offender are reserved.

12. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoterreserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of theentrant.

14. The draw will take place at 2/11 Sabre Drive, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 on06/02/2025 at 10:00am AEDT, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them inorder in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The Major Prizewinner will be notified by email and phone and winners of the Minor Prizes willbe notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. Winners willbe published (initial, surname and postcode) at www.coopers.com.au on 12/02/2025.

15. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for four (4) adults toCoopers Brewery in Regency Park SA valued at up to $6,410 depending on date andpoint of departure (“Major Prize”). Prize includes: · 4 x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Adelaide, SA (only provided if winner resides outside of SA) valued at up to $3,200. If the winner is from SA, then the prize does not include airfares and the airfarecomponent of the prize is not redeemable for cash;· Return transfers to and from Adelaide airport to the accommodationvalued at up to $30;· 2 x nights twin share 4-star accommodation valued at up to $1,400;· Brewery tour at Coopers Brewery value at up to $180 and lunch up to the value of $400;· Return transfers from accommodation to Coopers Brewery valued at up to $200; and· $1,000 spending money for the winner only in the form of an electronic funds transfer to the winner's nominated Australian bank account. Additional spending money, meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken by 31/12/2025 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods.

17.The winner and their companions must departfrom and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolutediscretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize issubject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and serviceproviders. The winner may be required to present theircredit card at time of accommodation check in.

18. The next one hundred (100) validentries drawn will each win a Rip Curl Duffle Bag valued at $120 (“Minor Prize”).

19. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or anyother kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter's reasonablecontrol, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify orsuspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to anywritten directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

20. The Coopers Brewery tour prize component is subject to the venue and entryterms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and tour organisers herebyexpressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and/or their companions) forany inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilstparticipating in any element of the prize.

21. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to considerthe safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & MedicalResearch Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available atwww.nhmrc.gov.au.

22. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winnerdoes not take / redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the timestipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.

23. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in itsdiscretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

24. Total prize pool value is up $18,410.00.

25. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable orexchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

26. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 06/03/2025 at the sametime and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from aregulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by email and phone withintwo (2) business days of the draw and their names will be published (initial,surname and postcode) at www.coopers.com.au on 11/03/2025.

27. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, imageand/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/orrecording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period withoutremuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

28. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) todisqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from aregulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, asappropriate.

29. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is theentrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service providerused.

30. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits,excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guaranteesas provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any otherimplied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protectionlaws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded,including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including itsrespective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (includingnegligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss ofopportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising inany way out of the promotion.

31. Except for any liability that cannot by lawbe excluded, including the Non-ExcludableGuarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers,employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability(including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage(including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special orconsequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipmentmalfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft,unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claimthat is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after theirreceipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of thePromoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms andConditions; (e) (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f)use / taking of a prize.

32. As a condition of accepting the prize, a/the winner (and their companions)must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoterand/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limitedto a legal release and indemnity form.

33. The Promoter collects personal information (\"PI\") inorder to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI tothird parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, serviceproviders, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatoryauthorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will alsouse and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewedat https://coopers.com.au/privacy. In addition to any usethat may be outlined in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for anindefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional,marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronicmessages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also containsinformation about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correcttheir PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian PrivacyPrinciples or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealtwith. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter willnot disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
