THE CRAFT

In crafting this authentic Australian Lager we employ a slow fermentation process, storing the liquid in cold storage lagering tanks for up to a week. This creates a clean and balanced beer that retains its subtle aromatics. Just like our ales, our Aussie Lager is free of additives and preservatives.

THE TASTE

Our easy-drinking modern Australian Lager features stone fruit and citrus aromas. We add a dash of late hopping, which adds a subtle tropical note, resulting in a perfectly balanced refreshing beer.

THE EXPERIENCE

"We created this lager with a distinct flavoursome character using ‘new world’ hops that is unique to other lagers in the marketplace. We trialled several combinations of malt and hop recipes that ultimately led to a beer with a balanced refreshing flavour and subtle tropical fruit aromas. This is a generational Australian lager, which our ale loving drinkers are raving about!"
