THE CRAFT
Our Dry is produced from our own maltings facility as the foundation for the brew, resulting in a smooth and delicate mouthfeel. With less residual carbohydrate than other beers in the market, Coopers Dry delivers on the promise of what a refreshing, low-carb, fine-filtered beer should be.
THE TASTE
The low malt sweetness and modest bitterness allows this beer to be paired with all sorts of foods, all year long. It has a refreshing citrus hint of lime and lemon, combined with subtle floral aroma notes.
THE EXPERIENCE
"We made Coopers Dry with the intention of having an easy drinking low-carb beer with full flavour, which was not easy to do. This required specialised brewing technique and selection of a yeast strain that utilised all the fermentable carbohydrates during fermentation. This is a delicately smooth tasting beer with soft bitterness, integrated with the floral aroma from the yeast."
