THE CRAFT
This limited-edition brew is a celebration of Coopers 160 years of making great beers. The beautiful red-hue that takes advantage of a generous use of drum-roasted caramel malts, gives it a biscuity and nutty palate.
THE TASTE
Some call it the ANZAC biscuit of beers, thanks to a spicy bitterness with aromatic notes of stone fruit, grapefruit, mint and zesty orange peel — all thanks to the Australian Eclipse and Melba hops.
THE EXPERIENCE
“I loved being a part of the Regency Red Ale brewing process. It’s not every day you are part of creating a beer to mark 160 years of brewing . We opted for a beer style Coopers hadn’t made before and it turned out to be one of our most loved seasonals. It was timed well with the change in seasons and many customers enjoyed the rich warmth of the red ale just as the weather became colder.”
