A union of pilsner malt and dark-roasted, de-husked malt creates a dark lager with a rich body and colour but without harsh bitterness or astringency. A robust, classic Australian lager meets light hints of coffee and cocoa.
Malt: Pilsner and Carafa Special Type II
Hops: Pride of Ringwood
Yeast: Weihenstephan Lager

Last year we filled 6 ex. Bourbon barrels with freshly brewed 2025 Vintage Ale
Ageing this for a year has imparted a cacophony of aromas & flavours into our celebrated annual release.
Look: Cooper brown with a bright & clear appearance.
Aroma: Maraschino cherry, orange zest & baking spices.
Taste: Warm caramel, vanilla, toasty oak
& spice.

Brewed using Coopers Ale yeast and Pride of Ringwood hops, along with four different malts - Vienna, Melanoidin, Carared and Caraaroma.
Aroma: Rich malt and brûléed sugars.
Taste: Sweet flavours of toffee, caramel and biscuit, balanced by a strong hop bitterness.
