COOPERS THE 4TH BIGGEST BEER BRAND IN AUSTRALIA
Cheers to our loyal drinkers in making Coopers a top beer brand
Coopers has been named the 4th largest beer brand in Australia.
The latest market report by research company IRI also showed Coopers to be the only independent Australian brewery within the Top Ten list of Australia’s best selling beer brands in 2022*.
Coopers Managing Director Dr Tim Cooper said the result was 160 years in the making for the sixth generation family-owned brewery.
“The Australian beer market is highly competitive and dominated by large international players, so we’re delighted to see our local brews continuing to punch well above their weight,” Dr Cooper said.
“For us, this is a real vote of public confidence in our range of products and our time honoured commitment to brewing the best beer we can.
“To the farmers that supply us with such high quality raw ingredients, to the great pubs and venues that serve Coopers and to all our dedicated staff, a sincere thank you.
“And a big cheers to Coopers beer lovers across Australia – we’ve always said you have great taste!”
Coopers Brewery produced 100 million bottles and 60 million cans of Coopers beer in 2022, with even more exciting times on the horizon as a new $50 million visitor centre, microbrewery and whisky distillery development begins to take shape at Regency Park.
