"We made Coopers Dry with the intention of having an easy drinking low-carb beer with full flavour, which was not easy to do,” says Jon Meneses, brewing and supply chain manager at Coopers Brewery. “This required specialised brewing technique and selection of a yeast strain that utilised all the fermentable carbohydrates during fermentation. This is a delicately smooth tasting beer with soft bitterness, integrated with the floral aroma from the yeast."
