Tim Cooper describes the brewery as an 'intriguing fusion of modern innovation and Coopers’ brewing tradition,' combining traditional recipes, methods and flavours with cutting edge equipment that leaves nothing to chance. Officially opened in November 2001, the brewery project cost $40 million in new equipment, building, and relocation costs. The brewhouse incorporates the only Meura mash filter in Australia, capable of filtering up to 12 brews per day. Other features of the brewery at Regency Park include a 4.4 megawatt gas-powered co-generation power plant, 2 packaging lines and an 18,000m2 warehouse.

We are not currently operating brewery tours, due to major works taking place onsite. We look forward to welcoming visitors to the brewery once works have completed.
