Coopers Mid-Strength

From humble beginnings in Adelaide, Coopers Brewery is now Australia’s largest independent brewery and is still proudly family-owned to this day and has been brewing beer for Aussies for over 160 years.

When Thomas Cooper used an old family recipe to brew his first batch of ale back in 1862, demand for his naturally conditioned ales quickly grew throughout the fledgling colony of South Australia. And whilst Coopers still use Thomas Cooper's original recipe, successive generations of Coopers have made improvements along the way. This marriage of century-old brewing techniques and modern innovation is what makes Coopers so unique.

Coopers Mild Ale 3.5%

This is a mid-strength that bats above the average! Like all of Coopers’ ales, Coopers Mild Ale is naturally conditioned in the can, bottle & keg, without the use of any additives or preservatives. To give Mild Ale that distinctive cloudy appearance, make sure to gently roll the can before opening.

Coopers Dry 3.5%

Coopers Dry 3.5 is a fine example of a mid-strength low carb lager that has been crafted to Coopers’ legendary quality. Slowly fermented with Coopers Pilsner malt, lager yeast and enhanced hop aromas, Dry 3.5 delivers on pure refreshment. This easy-drinking lager offers a clean, crisp finish.
