50
Deep brown/amber appearance
4.5

THE CRAFT
Just like its more famous Coopers ale cousins, Coopers Dark Ale is made with all malt, and naturally conditioned in the bottle or keg.
THE TASTE
Roasted and chocolate malts produce a deep amber brew, with a rich, full-bodied flavour. With a generous mouthfeel, dominated by roasted malt and enough hop bitterness for a balanced dry finish.
THE EXPERIENCE
"Coopers Dark Ale is a warming, yet lighter dark beer that is a firm favourite among our Coopers team. They have been known to drink a bar dry of its Dark Ale on tap on more than one social club event. Having grown up in and around our brewery, I’ve enjoyed many different beers that we have produced over the years. I have come to appreciate the beautiful rich chocolate, coffee, and roasted flavours of Dark Ale and for me it tastes even better on tap. Like our Original Pale Ale it has a refreshing lighter style that I enjoy all year round, not just in autumn or winter."
