Coopers Vintage Ale continues to be one of the few beers you can age over time. Every six months, the Coopers brewing team taste the previous vintages to give you the latest tasting notes of each Vintage Ale year.

Every year Coopers releases another Coopers Vintage Ale. It is the brewing team’s chance to try and brew the best beer of the year. Each Vintage Ale has a unique selection of hops, chosen by the Coopers brewing team.

Not only is Coopers Vintage Ale delicious straight out of the bottle or keg, but it is also designed to be cellared or aged.

Given the right conditions, Coopers Vintage Ales can be kept for years to come, with their flavour profile changing and developing much like that of a decent wine on your rack at home.

So that means we continually taste our back vintages of Coopers Vintage Ale to see how they are developing and how they are drinking.
