Coopers Ginger Beer is a malt-based brew using natural ingredients, including Coopers Pale Ale Malt, Coopers Wheat Malt, and real ginger juice.

Yes, fresh ginger juice sourced from Buderim Ginger Factory in QLD is added during the boil in brewing and post-fermentation. Real ginger juice makes up 7% of the final brew, adding aroma, flavour & some spicy heat to the beer.
