Schooner Scorer visits Coopers Brewery for an epic Sparkling Ale review

Internet sensation and renowned beer scoring Brit, Schooner Scorer, visited Coopers Brewery to take on Coopers Sparkling Ale.

Whilst travelling around Australia in search of the best schooner, he took a short stop in South Australia. Naturally, Schooner wanted to taste a few Coopers beers whilst here. 
When it comes to iconic Aussie beers, they don’t come much more revered than our very own Coopers Sparkling Ale. The original brew of our founder, Thomas Cooper, back in 1862, hasn’t changed all that much. Why fix something that isn’t broken?

A large crowd of devote Coopers drinkers, Schooner fans and the proud Coopers Brewery staff packed out our brewery taproom and restaurant for the all-important theatrical scoring session on Friday arvo.

The resulting video was one of his fastest viewed here in Australia, with everyone wanting to see how Sparkling Ale landed.

Then it was time for Schooner to look behind the curtain and take a Coopers Brewery Tour (HYPERLINK). After the crowds had subsided and the excellent score had sunk in, it was time for Schooner Scorer to hot step it down to Henley Beach to visit The Ramsgate Hotel. Schooner Scorer took on Coopers Australian Lager this time around.

As you can see, a few pints were had in celebration down at The Ramsgate Hotel. A perfect spot for a cold Aussie Lager on a Friday evening. 

Now that was a proper South Australian beer adventure for Schooner Scorer.
