The Coopers Brewery is open Tuesday through to Saturday, from 10am-6pm. Kitchen is open from 12pm – 3pm. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Our taproom and restaurant features indoor seating for over 200 guests and a full restaurant menu, as well as plenty of indoor and outdoor places to relax with a pint and bar snacks. Come for a drink, an afternoon session with mates, or settle in for a long lunch.The Coopers restaurant is led by chef Fabio Castello, who has crafted a seasonal menu packed with the best SA produce and unexpected Coopers flavours. Highlights include the crumbed veal cutlet with braised leek and parmesan custard, and Coopers Original Pale Ale-battered flathead with classic chips and pink River Murray salt. Share plates and a range of burgers, pizzas and plant-based options compliment our new brews, available only at the home of Coopers.There’s plenty of room around the bar, and outside in the plaza for you all to explore. We’ve also set up games for kids of all ages to enjoy on the plaza. Savour a coldie from our classic collection of ales, stouts and lagers – or you can give the beer of the moment from our microbrewery a crack.The kitchen is open from 12pm – 3pm.
