TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to participate, claim and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. In these Terms and Conditions:

I. “The Promoter “is Coopers Brewery Limited (ABN 13 007 871 409) of 230 Regency Rd, Regency Park, SA 5010 (ph: 08 8440 1800); and
II. “CIVEO” is Civeo Pty Ltd (ACN 53 003 657 510) and its related body corporates, of Level 29, 264 George Street Sydney NSW 2000. Civeo is not a promoter, organiser, operator or administrator of this promotion.

3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Venues (defined below), CIVEO and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to participate. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

5. Promotion commences at 12:01am (ACDT) on 1st November, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (ACDT) on 31st December, 2026 (Promotional Period).

6. The promotion will be run in up to fifteen (15) CIVEO sites in WA & SA only. “Participating Venues” are those venues as provided for in Schedule 1 (each a “Participating Venue”).

7. Without limitation to paragraph 8 of these Terms and Conditions, to be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any Coopers beer product in a Participating Venue during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”), scan the QR code provided to them at the point of purchase and enter the unique promotional code. It is the responsibility of the entrants to ensure that they receive an entry ticket with the QR code at the point of purchase.

8. Once the individual has scanned the QR code, it will take them to the entry webpage to complete an entry form, where entries can be made in accordance with these terms.

9. To enter the draw, entrants must do all of the following, during the Promotional Period:
a. make a Qualifying Transaction in a Participating Venue;
i. visit https://coopers.com.au/pages/civeo-makita-radios-promotion-entry (either by the provided QR code or manual entry) (Promotional Website);
b. follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;
c. fully complete, in the manner required, the online entry form, including providing the name and email address;
d. successfully submit the fully completed entry form, in the manner required.

10. For clarity, all valid entries received from winners and non-winners are eligible to enter the unclaimed prize draw (if any).
11. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and each entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.

12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

13. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

14. Costs associated with accessing the Promotional Website, or otherwise engaging in the Promotion, remain the responsibility of the entrant and may vary depending on the internet service provider used.

15. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. A prize will only be awarded following any validation and verification of an entrant’s identity that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion. Prizes will only be awarded where the entry fulfils all of the requirements of the Promoter's verification tests and procedures. The verification tests and procedures shall be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

16. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of an entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to request the entrant produce any reasonable information in order to confirm the entrant’s identity and eligibility to enter or claim a prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction, then the entry of that entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid.

17. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
I. only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the number of Coopers beer products in excess of one (1) is purchased in that transaction;
II. a maximum of one (1) entry is permitted per person per day in a Participating Venue; and
III. each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

18. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Errors or omissions in entries may be accepted at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

19. The total number of prizes to be won is fifteen (15). Each prize consists of one (1) Makita Tradie Radio (excl. battery) to the value of $319 each. The total prize pool for the Promotion is $4,785 (inc. GST), comprised of fifteen (15) individual prizes – one radio per participating venue.

20. Fifteen (15) individual winners will be selected – one winner per participating site. Each entry, and winner, may only win one prize. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The identifiable entrant of the entry form must be the collector of the prize.

21. The draw will take place at Coopers Brewery, 230 Regency Rd, Regency Park, SA 5010 (ph: 08 8440 1800) on 12 January 2027 at 11:00AM (ACDT). Winners shall be drawn by way of random generator. The first (1) valid entries drawn per participating site will win the prize as advertised in the Promotion. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn, or a winner is otherwise unable or unwilling to collect their prize.

22. This is a game of chance, and the winners will be drawn randomly from Eligible Entries and in accordance with paragraph 21 of these Terms and Conditions. The first Eligible Entries drawn will win. The outcome of the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. Winners will be contacted via email within 72 hours of the draw to notify them that they have won, and their last name and first initial along with their postcode will be published at https://coopers.com.au/pages/coopers-competition-winners no later than 15th January 2027. All reasonable steps will be taken by the Promoter to notify the winner of the results.

24. If Coopers Brewery is unable to contact the winner within 7 days of the draw and Coopers Brewery has made every effort to contact them with the information provided by the entrant then Coopers Brewery will award the prize to another valid entrant.

25. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place (if no valid, additional reserve entries have been drawn per clause 21) 1st February 2027 at 12.00PM (midday) (ACDT), at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners of any unclaimed prize draw (if any) will be notified in writing via email within 48 hours of the new draw and published in the same manner as the original draws.

26. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause above, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited.

27. The Prize will be delivered to the winner once they have accepted the Prize and provided information required for delivery.

28. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize at their discretion with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

29. Prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions, are provided for in Australian Dollars, and include all applicable GST. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

30. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, natural disaster, war, state or emergency or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to state or territory regulation.

31. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

32. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

33. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the No Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) and CIVEO are not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of or as a result of participation in this promotion and:

I. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction, delays or failures, including those resulting from accessing any materials related to this promotion (whether or not under the Promoter’s control), and any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion as a result of any technical malfunctions, delays or failures;
II. any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
III. any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
IV. any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or
V. any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;

34. As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. Failure by a winner to produce properly signed documentation required by the Promotor and/or prize supplier will result in that winner forfeiting the prize.

35. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

36. The Promoter collects personal information (PI) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to CIVEO, its agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promotor will also us and handle PI as set out in its privacy policy (which can be viewed at https://coopers.com.au/privacy). In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The privacy policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, or complain about a breach of the Australia Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct PI to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

37. CIVEO may also use and handle PI as set out in its privacy policy (which can be viewed at Privacy Policy | Civeo Corporation). The Promoter may disclose PI obtained during this promotion to CIVEO. Any queries relating to CIVEO’s use and retention of PI (including how to opt out, access or update PI) should be directed to CIVEO directly. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for CIVEO’s use or retention of PI.

38. An entry and any copyright subsisting in an entry irrevocably becomes, at time of entry, the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects PI about an entrant to include the entrant in the promotion and, where appropriate, award a prize. If the PI requested is not provided, the entrant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible.

39. Each of the Promoter and CIVEO encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at www.nhmrc.gov.au.

40. A Participating Venue will not offer this promotion as an inducement directed at:
a. encouraging patrons to gamble in line with relevant state gambling authorities; or
b. encouraging patrons to consume alcohol in line with relevant state liquor authorities.

41. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia and each entrant submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia, Australia and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
