A long-time Coopers drinker, Billie has given her trademark bold graphic treatment to one of the state’s most recognisable beers. The result is a tee that feels proudly local, a little nostalgic, and full of personality.

For the artwork, Billie used the real Coopers bottle as her starting point, sketching by hand with Japanese brush markers and paper to capture the character of the longneck in her own style. As she puts it, she was looking for “just the right amount of wonky; not too perfect”.

Her favourite detail? The little bottle top, drawn like the beer has just been opened and is ready for the first sip.
